Wait List

The Housing Authority of the County of Luzerne will only be accepting applications on-line for its Public Housing Program effective at 9:00 am – July 1, 2020. Applications must be submitted on-line by selecting the button below. Applications will be available 24 hours a day.

We will NOT distribute or accept paper applications at any Agency location and fax requests will not be accepted.

Applicants may use any computer, tablet, or smart phone with internet access to apply, including free computers at public libraries. Those who have disabilities and request special accommodations can call (570) 287-9661 to arrange an appointment. No walk-ins will be accepted.
